PART 4.5 - PALEORADIOGRAPHY IN RESEARCH
Summary, quiz and course completion
When considering using paleoradiography within archaeological research be mindful of the research question as this will dictate your radiographic technique.
If you are investigating a single individual or object, you may want to apply multiple radiographic projections of different aspects/anatomy to gain as much information as possible.
If you are investigating a group of individuals it may be wiser to concentrate your efforts on answering a specific question and using a suitable data extraction method that can be applied across the whole population.
Always be aware of the limitations of each method and how this may affect your results.
