Access to the course
You will have access to the course for six months from point of purchase or from the date specified at check out. If you have any problems please contact James Elliott via the Contact page. 

 

Refunds
A refund is available upon request within 14 days of purchase unless a certificate of completion has already been issued. Requests for refunds after 14 days will receive 50% of the fee. All refunds are subject to £5.00 administration charge.
